Who we are

Jacqueline is an online jewellery shop based in Belgium, run by Mieux CommV, company number BE 0757.583.658. You can reach us at care@jacqueline.diamonds.

What we collect

When you sign up on this page, we keep your email address, the date and time you signed up, the wording you agreed to, and where you came from (for example Instagram). Nothing else.

Why we use it

Only to email you when Jacqueline opens and about new pieces. We do this because you asked us to: the legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that we remove your email address within 30 days.

Who else sees it

We never sell or share your email address. It is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website for us and only processes it on our behalf.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by emailing us. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
